Sekolah Nusa Alam is committed to transparency and clarity when it comes to tuition and associated fees. Our fee structure supports the delivery of a high-quality Cambridge International education while accommodating the diverse needs of our school community.
Fee Categories
Tuition Fees
These cover the core academic programme. Discounts are available for families with more than one child enrolled: a 10% discount for the second child, and 20% for each subsequent child.
Technology Levy
This applies to students in Years 1–12 and contributes to the purchase, maintenance, and upgrade of digital learning tools.
Development Fee
An annual contribution used for ongoing improvement of campus facilities and learning resources.
Registration Fee
A one-time fee payable upon enrolment for new students.
Additional Costs
Uniforms, school excursions, extracurricular activities, workbooks and learning materials are billed separately. These costs are communicated clearly in advance.
Payment Options
Parents may choose to pay the full academic year in advance or follow a quarterly payment plan. All fees are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and the preferred method of payment is via bank transfer. Cash payments or payments in USD/EUR may be accepted by special arrangement.
Scholarships and Financial Aid
Limited scholarships and financial support are available for eligible families. Enquiries may be directed to the Admissions Office.
Late Payments
A surcharge of 5% per month applies to overdue balances. If fees remain unpaid for more than three months, students may not be permitted to attend classes, and school reports may be withheld.
Temporary Enrolments
Students enrolling for less than a full term may be eligible for pro-rata tuition. Temporary enrolments may last up to six months; after that, the enrolment is considered full-time.
