Sekolah Nusa Alam is governed by Yayasan Nusa Alam, a legally registered foundation under Indonesian law. We are a non-profit institution, meaning that all income is reinvested back into the school to enhance learning, facilities, and staff development.
The school is managed through a transparent and collaborative governance structure:

Responsible for setting the strategic direction of the school and ensuring that the mission, vision, and values are upheld. The Board includes educators, parents, and local community leaders.

Provides oversight of school operations to ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and ethical conduct.

Handles the daily running of the school. This team includes the Principal, Deputy Principal, and key administrative leaders who manage teaching and learning, finance, admissions, and student wellbeing.
Regular parent meetings and stakeholder surveys ensure that the school community has a voice in shaping the future of Sekolah Nusa Alam.
