Indonesian Applicants

We are seeking a nurturing, reflective and engaged Early Years Teacher to deliver a play-based, inquiry-led programme that supports holistic child development in an international school environment. Applications are welcome from qualified Indonesian and expatriate teachers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience in Early Years settings preferred
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Fluent English (minimum B2–C1 level on the CEFR or equivalent IELTS 6.5+)
  • Commitment to holistic, student-centred learning

We are seeking an innovative and responsible Secondary Teacher to teach Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level Psychology and Geography in a student-centred international school. Applications are welcome from qualified Indonesian and expatriate teachers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge curricula
  • Prepare students for IGCSE and AS/A Level examinations
  • Use inquiry-based and student-centred pedagogy
  • Assess, track and report student progress
  • Differentiate instruction for diverse learners
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
  • Support research, fieldwork and independent learning

Requirements

  • Open to Indonesian and expatriate applicants
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Geography or related field
  • Recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching secondary and/or Cambridge programmes preferred
  • Strong subject knowledge and assessment literacy
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 CEFR recommended; IELTS 7.0+ typically expected in international schools)
  • Reflective, collaborative and student-focused approach
